Processing time: Yokomuki processes and ships orders within 7-10 business days, though final delivery time depends on the shipping method selected

Delivery time: Once shipped orders take 10-15 business days to deliver.

Delays: Unavoidable causes, such as customs clearance, can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery windows. 

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped to the contact method that you provided upon checkout. Orders are not always packed and shipped same day, therefore you will not receive tracking information until your order has been dispatched.
